What could cause numbness and tingling in my smallest toe after walking barefoot for 14 hours?
My smallest toe has been numb/tingling for the past 14 hours on the outer side. Looks completly normal. I still have some kind of feeling but its just weird. No other symptoms It started after i walked out on my porch barefoot. I didnt touch anything weird i dont think so at least. I havent worn shoes (besides flip flops that arent too small) in a few days. I clipped my toenails yesterday and also some of the skin on this toe but it didnt bleed Age 17, i dont have diabetes, no previous issues with my spine or nerves, b12 is normal last time i checked, idk about magnesium i have problems with blood clotting - nosebleeds ranging from once every two months to twice a week, sometimes petechiae on my arms. platelets are normal, didnt check clotting factors i have iron deficiency and a very low vitamin d3 (im taking suplements when i remember) Im on zoloft but to be fair i mightve forgotten it yesterday
