Doctors’ responses
Hello,
Your symptoms suggest allergic rhinitis or mild asthma. Montair LC gives relief but is not a long-term solution without doctor supervision. You should get a check-up (spirometry/chest exam), avoid dust/allergy triggers, and manage dryness with moisturizer and good hydration.
Ye symptoms dekhkar lagta hai ki aapko allergy ya mild asthma ho sakta hai. Montair LC sirf relief deti hai, permanent treatment nahi. Aapko ek baar doctor se check-up (spirometry/chest test) karwana chahiye, allergy se bachna chahiye, aur khuski ke liye moisturizer aur paani zyada lena chahiye.
Thank you
If you’re experiencing relief from breathing difficulties with Montair LC, it suggests that asthma or allergic rhinitis might be playing a role in your symptoms. Montair LC contains montelukast and levocetirizine, which help by reducing inflammation and allergic reactions. That you’re finding relief indicates these medications are effectively managing the inflammation or allergic response impacting your breathing. However, experiencing such symptoms consistently every few days for several years signals an underlying condition that could benefit from a full evaluation by a healthcare professional. Persisting symptoms like these deserve proper diagnosis to determine if there’s asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or another allergy at play, given that drynes (khuski) is also part of your symptoms. A pulmonologist may recommend tests such as spirometry which assesses your lung function and helps in diagnosing asthma or other respiratory conditions. Additionally, a chest X-ray or allergy tests might be suggested to rule out other potential causes. Regarding home measures, try to identify and minimize exposure to any allergens or irritants that may be triggering your symptoms, such as dust, pollen, or smoke. Ensure your living environment is well-ventilated and humidity-controlled. Maintaining adequate hydration can help with dryness, so be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Always discuss changes in medication or treatment plans, even if they provide relief, with your healthcare provider to ensure they align with your ongoing health needs and conditions. Regular follow-ups help adjust management plans and keep track of whether the treatment remains appropriate over time.

Aapko 3 saal se saans lene mein takleef ho rahi hai aur Montair LC lene se bilkul theek ho jana allergic asthma ya allergic rhinitis jaisa lag raha hai. Har 3 din me symptom aana aur zyada khuski hona matlab problem chronic ho chuki hai aur sirf tablet se control ho rahi hai, cure nahi. Kripya ek pulmonologist ya ENT specialist se jaldi consult karein taaki lung function test (spirometry) karke sahi long-term treatment diya ja sake.
