What does the personal consultation entail/process?
I tried searching under doctors, it does pop up but where do I find the option for individual consultation
Hello I would suggest you to get checked with a surgeon who can do physical examination at site and USG to confirm his finding
Possibly you have fibroadenoma which is benign condition
Breast tenderness and the presence of a small lump, especially around your menstrual cycle, can often be linked to hormonal fluctuations that are fairly common and typically non-cancerous. These hormonal changes can lead to conditions like fibrocystic breast changes, where breasts feel lumpy, tender, or sore. However, any new lump in the breast should always be evaluated by a healthcare provider to rule out more serious conditions. While waiting for a consultation, you can try some self-care measures to manage the tenderness. Applying a warm compress to the area may help relieve pain and discomfort. Wearing a well-fitted bra that provides good support might make a difference too. Over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help reduce the pain if necessary. Reducing intake of caffeine and high-fat foods is worth attempting, as some individuals find these changes improve their symptoms. It’s important to monitor any changes in the size of the lump, as well as other symptoms like changes in breast shape, skin texture, or nipple discharge, as these could be red flags for a more serious underlying issue. Given your symptoms, a clinical breast exam and possibly imaging, like an ultrasound or mammogram, is recommended to get an accurate diagnosis. It’s crucial to follow up with a healthcare provider to ensure a thorough evaluation. Don’t delay making an appointment, as early assessment is key in addressing any potential concerns.
