I am trying to figure out if rubbing ice cube on face everyday benefits really make a difference? Like, I've seen some videos and read a few blogs saying it helps with skin issues and makes you look younger, but I'm a bit skeptical. Last month, I started noticing that my skin was a bit dull and there were some tiny dry patches. A friend suggested I try rubbing ice cube on face everyday because she swears it's helped her acne and even puffiness. So, I thought why not? Since I’m not a big fan of expensive creams, I figured maybe this natural method would work? But after a week, I’m not sure if I’m seeing any real benefits or if it’s just my imagination. My skin feels cold, obviously, and kinda tight after, but does rubbing ice cube on face everyday really help with things like redness or maybe even wrinkles in the long run? Also, am I doing this right? Should I be doing it for a certain amount of time each day? I don’t want to end up making my skin worse! Would love to hear any experiences or advice from doctors!
