Hello Rupa, Since your pregnancy test is positive, I suggest you not to take any medicines on your own.
Medicines can cause pain in abdomen, bleeding and problems also.
Firstly, get TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND done for localisation & confirmation of pregnancy. Consult a gynaecologist with reports for further management.
Take care.
To begin with, if your pregnancy test is positive and you’re considering an abortion, it’s absolutely crucial to consult with a healthcare provider as soon as possible. Timing is critical here since different abortion methods are available at different stages of pregnancy, and a healthcare professional can guide you on the safest and most appropriate option based on how far along you are. There are primarily two types of abortion: medical and surgical. For pregnancies usually less than 10 weeks, medical abortion might be an option, involving medication such as mifepristone and misoprostol. It’s essential to have this under medical supervision to ensure it’s done safely and effectively. Surgical options like aspiration or dilation and curettage (D&C) might be advised if you’re further along, and these are also done in clinical settings. Secondly, concerning your symptoms like severe nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and white discharge: They need immediate medical evaluation. While nausea and vomiting can be related to pregnancy (or hyperemesis gravidarum if severe), extreme stomach pain could indicate something more serious such as ectopic pregnancy, which is a medical emergency. White vaginal discharge can be normal during pregnancy but if it’s accompanied by odor, itching, or discomfort, an infection could be the cause. Please don’t delay seeking medical care for these symptoms, as they could affect your health independently from your abortion decision. Reach out to a healthcare professional urgently to discuss both your symptoms and the best course of action for the abortion.
Hi Rupa, I understand this is a stressful situation for you. Based on your dates, your pregnancy is roughly 5–6 weeks. At this stage, medical abortion is possible, but it must be done under a doctor’s supervision.
What you should do is visit a qualified gynecologist immediately (or a government-approved hospital/clinic). They will confirm pregnancy with ultrasound, Rule out ectopic pregnancy (important because of your pain), Prescribe the correct medical abortion pills in the right dose & schedule for you and Monitor for complications like heavy bleeding or infection.
Do not buy abortion pills over the counter or take them without prescription. It can be dangerous.
Because you’re having severe pain, vomiting and discharge, you should see a doctor urgently — these could also be signs of infection or an ectopic pregnancy, which is a medical emergency.

Hello Rupa,
First you have to confirm how many weeks pregnant you are, only then you can decide using pills is safe and legal.
For that you have to undergo ultrasound scanning.
🛑These pills are given in a specific sequence and timing and dose (one after the other ). They cause cramps and bleeding. You may feel dizzy and the cramps may become severe also. Hence this should be done under a trained doctor’s guidance or at an approved facility.
Buying pills and using them without an ultrasound/medical advice increases risk of incomplete abortion and dangerous complications
So I advise you to get help from a nearby gynaecologist dear.
Don’t panic dear.
I trust this helps Feel free to talk Thank you
