Hello Shreya, I understand your concern. From what I can understand is that you are having discharge from your vagina and pinworm and bleeding from the anus. If this is the scenario, then you can take this prescription -
Tab. Metronidazole 400mg twice a day × 7 days Cap. Doxycycline 100mg twice a day × 7 days Tab. Albendazole 400mg single dose Clotrimazole Vaginal Pessary 500mg at night only once. Review after 7 days, as the first two medications should be given for total 14 days, but that should be decided after your response.
If your symptoms worsen, then kindly physically Consult at your nearest hospital for physical examination.
Feel free to reach out again.

The symptoms you’re describing, including the discharge, fever, fatigue, presence of a pinworm, and bleeding from the anus, suggest a few potential issues that may require attention. Pinworms, or Enterobius vermicularis, are a type of intestinal worm that can cause anal itching and discomfort but are commonly treatable with anti-parasitic medications. The infection is not usually associated with fever or bleeding, so the presence of these additional symptoms might point towards another condition or an overlapping infection. The fever and feeling of fatigue might be indicative of a secondary infection or systemic response to the parasitic infection. Meanwhile, blood at the anus can result from a variety of causes such as hemorrhoids, fissures, or an infection that could be compounded by local irritation from the pinworms.
I would recommend seeing a healthcare professional for an examination and further investigation. You may need a stool sample analysis to confirm the parasitic infection, and evaluation for other causes of bleeding or discharge. Immediate attention is warranted to rule out other serious conditions like gastrointestinal infections or more complex underlying issues. While pinworm infections themselves are generally not severe, the combination of symptoms you’re experiencing could potentially indicate a more complicated health issue requiring timely and appropriate medical intervention. Until then, maintain good hygiene to prevent the spread of pinworms, such as washing hands frequently and keeping fingernails trimmed. Make sure to follow up promptly with medical advice to clarify these symptoms and initiate the right treatment.
Hello The bleeding is very important symptom to rule out various causes. Kindly visit the surgeon for best opinion.
DON’T GET ANY TESTS DONE PRIOR TO CONSULTATION. Take care
Persistent vaginal discharge with fever, fatigue, and now finding a pinworm with anal bleeding suggests you may have both a parasitic infection (pinworm) and a possible vaginal or urinary infection. While usually not life-threatening, these infections need proper diagnosis and treatment to prevent complications. You should consult a gynecologist and a general physician or gastroenterologist promptly for targeted anti-parasitic and infection-specific therapy.
