I am starting to get really concerned about this weird reaction I’ve been having after drinking milk tea made with a milk tea bag. I never had issues with it before, but over the last couple weeks, every time I make a cup with my favorite milk tea bag, I feel this strange bloating and sometimes I even feel nauseous. Like, I brew it, add the milk and sugar just like always, but then I just feel off. I did some digging online and saw that sometimes the milk tea bags can have different additives or preservatives that might not agree with everyone, but I never thought that I would be sensitive to something like this!! I even tried switching brands to another milk tea bag after a friend's suggestion, but the same thing happens. It's driving me nuts! Is this normal?
