melanin reduce - #14859

Sai

I am really confused about how to melanin reduce in my skin. For the past few months, I've noticed some dark patches on my cheeks, and I'm kinda freaking out. Like, they really changed the way my skin looks. I'm not sure if it’s from spending more time outdoors or maybe something in my diet? I’ve heard of a few treatments like creams that are supposed to help melanin reduce but honestly, I don’t wanna make it worse, you know? My friend mentioned something about laser treatments but that sounds kinda intense for me. I guess I just thought my skin pigment was something I'd have to live with. I’m already trying sunscreen and trying to stay out of the sun as much as I can, but I feel like nothing’s working. Is there like a safe and effective way to really melanin reduce without causing more damage? Also, how long does it usually take to see any results? I mean, I know everyone is different, but it’s so hard to wait when you just want clear skin again! Any advice would really help, thanks!
