I am really at my wits end with this acne situation! I mean, I've tried everything from creams to scrubs and even went to a dermatologist who put me on some meds that did help a bit, but they made me feel horrible. I've started to think maybe it's more about what I eat. A friend mentioned something about juices being good for skin, and I'm wondering what's the best juice for skin acne? I stumbled across this idea when I followed this Instagram account where they swear by all these natural remedies. I tried a carrot and orange juice combo last week because I heard Vitamin A is good, but honestly, my skin didn’t change much. I get these awful breakouts along my jaw and sometimes on my cheeks, plus I’ve got oily skin which feels like the worst combo, ugh. Should I try something like beet juice or green juice with kale?
