Ultimamente estou tendo desconforto na cabeça atraída na nuca já está com 3 semanas no mínimo, quando vou deitar o desconforto é maior melhora um pouco quando fico de lado como Vzs quando toco atraído na minha cabeça dói um pouco como se tivesse dolorido estou muito preocupado com isso 😔 tem uma doença que está me deixando com medo é meningite as vzs acho que é psicológico slr mim de uma respostaaaa por favor.

Hello dear As per clinical history it seems pain due to either neck discomfort or posture variation There can also be chances of muscle strain It is not related with meningitis I suggest you to please get following tests done for confirmation Cervical spine Crp Eyesight evaluation X ray neck Please share the result with orthopedic surgeon for better clarity Please donot take any medication without consulting the concerned physician Regards

Hello,

Based on your description, this problem is very unlikely to be meningitis.

Meningitis causes high fever, severe rapidly worsening headache, neck stiffness, vomiting, and confusion

Mild discomfort lasting 3 weeks without fever does not fit meningitis

Most likely causes: neck muscle tension, poor posture, tension headache, or anxiety

Pain that is sore to touch and worse in certain positions is usually muscular

Tab Diclo MR 1-0-1 after food for 3 days

If no improvement consult a orthopedic surgeon

Also do: warm compresses better posture gentle neck stretches proper pillow stress control
