Bonjour, J’ai 25 ans, femme. Mes résultats de prise de sang sont : ferritine = 8 µg/L, hémoglobine = 12,5 g/dL. Je ressens une fatigue légère, essoufflement léger et parfois de la pâleur. · Votre situation n’est pas anodine : ferritine à 8 µg/L (carence sévère) + hémoglobine normale basse + perte de poids significative + vertiges fréquents → cela nécessite une consultation rapide (sous 1 à 2 semaines). Les vertiges et la perte de poids ne sont pas expliqués par la seule carence en fer.

· Ne commencez pas de fer seul sans avis médical, car la perte de poids et les vertiges imposent d’éliminer d’autres causes (saignement digestif, maladie inflammatoire, carence en B12, trouble de l’absorption).

· Si votre médecin valide la supplémentation en fer (après examen et bilan complémentaire) : · Fer élémentaire 80‑200 mg/jour (par exemple sulfate ferreux 50‑65 mg élémentaire × 2‑3/jour).
