I am really starting to worry about my liver health. For the last few months, I’ve been feeling super bloated, and my digestion is just off. I went to a doc last week and got some test results back—my liver enzymes are higher than they should be. I started researching about liver detox home remedies because I wanna try to do something about it before jumping into any meds. I've read lots of stuff about liver detox home remedies like consuming lemon water, dandelion tea and even eating more leafy greens, but I'm not sure if they actually work?
