I am really stressed out about my skin lately. I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I've been seeing a lot of dullness and dryness, and I've heard about full body glowing tips and I'm desperate to get my radiance back!! A few months ago, I started a new job and I guess I’ve been a little bit neglectful about my self-care routine. Between the long hours and late nights, I hardly have time for anything, let alone skin care. I try to drink water, but I can’t honestly say I’m hitting the proper daily intake. Also, I'm not great at eating healthy, which I know doesn’t help either. I’ve tried a couple of things — like exfoliating more or slapping on some lotion after a shower, but nothing seems to work for very long. Are there specific full body glowing tips that might be easier to follow?? Like, is there a particular type of moisturizer or is there something I should be eating more of? Do people really see results with like the serums or whatever?? I'm confused because i just want my skin to become smooth and luminous again, not just when I slather on makeup, but naturally too! Any thoughts or recommendations that’s simple to integrate would be super appreciated!
