I am trying to figure out this whole thing with fenugreek for diarrhea, like, what’s the deal? My stomach has been a mess for the past week, and I can't even remember what triggered it. I think it was something I ate, but now it's just this constant battle. Anyway, a friend mentioned fenugreek could help, she swears by it, said it's like magic for her tummy troubles. I looked it up, and saw that fenugreek for diarrhea is actually recommended in some circles, but I'm kind of skeptical. Some sources say it can bulk up stools or something like that, and I honestly just need relief! I've tried a bunch of other home remedies, like staying hydrated and avoiding heavy meals, but the diarrhea just keeps coming. I even considered going to the doc, but they always just tell me to drink more fluids, which I’m already doing! Has anyone actually used fenugreek for diarrhea? Did it work for you?
