I am really curious about this whole hair serum thing, like is hair serum good for hair? I've tried different products in the past but nothing seems to work. A few months ago, I noticed my hair was getting super dry and brittle, it was breaking a lot, especially on the ends. My friend suggested using a hair serum, saying that is hair serum good for hair because it helps with moisture and shine. But I’m kind of skeptical? I bought one that claimed it would reduce frizz and help with split ends but honestly, I don't know if I notice much difference. I mean, I put it on after washing my hair and it does feel a little softer but is hair serum really good for hair or is it just a marketing ploy? I read some reviews online saying people swear by it, while others are like, “meh.” What do all you doctors think? Is hair serum good for hair or maybe there are better options like some natural oils? I'm all ears for any tips or if there's a type of serum that actually works.
