I am really struggling right now with this whole gutkha thing. I never thought I’d get hooked, but here I am, chewing it for years. Last week, my dentist told me my teeth are suffering and to cut back or quit completely. I tried to stop a couple of days ago, went cold turkey, but wow, the cravings are unreal! I can’t focus on anything at work or home, it's like my mind just keeps going back to that urge. Can anyone share tips on how to quit gutkha? Like, what helped you, or what strategies did you use? I read that drinking water and chewing gum could distract me, but honestly, it feels such a small help right now. Has anyone dealt with withdrawal symptoms like irritability or anxiety? I’ve been feeling a bit on edge and really anxious because I hate how dependent I've become on gutkha. I really wanna quit gutkha but don’t know where to start, and I’m worried about how this could affect my health long term. Any thoughts or advice would be super appreciated! What worked for you?
