What could be causing my drowsiness, numbness in toes, and cold feet after thyroid removal and melanoma treatment?
82 years old, male, in good condition, with regular activities and movement outside the house. Melanoma in 2002, thyroid removal and 20 lymph nodes in 2022. Medications only for the thyroid. Ok all the lab control (no diabetic, only problem with colostherol. I am planning to check B12, B9, Folate For two or more years I have had the following problems: - Drowsiness if I don’t move (my eyes close, not just after meals) - Numbness toes (without tingling, prickling. burning) especially on the right foot, much worse at night = cold feets (and lower part of the legs) during winter etc - Feet with broken capillaries (telangiectasia) and a bit also on the chest diaphragm - Purpura on the arms when I do work, for example in the garden (maybe after exertion or sun), red-purple. - Actually with TSH above normal (FT4 ok)
