I am really worried about my hair health right now. Lately, it feels so brittle and weak; I swear I can see strands breaking off more than usual. I used to have quite healthy hair, but something changed. Maybe it’s the new shampoo?? Or possibly, the stress from work? Anyway, I've been looking for ways on how to make your hair strong, but there’s just so much info out there, it’s overwhelming! Sometimes I wonder if I’m just imagining things like, am I really losing more hair or is it mostly in my head? Also, someone told me using coconut oil helps, but I’m kinda confused about how to use it properly. I tried a few DIY masks too, like egg and olive oil one, and I’m not sure I did it right. Do those masks really help in how to make your hair strong, or are they just a waste of time? I’ve seen people recommend supplements for hair growth too, but I’ve no idea if they actually work! Feeling frustrated and sort of desperate here, any tips or personal experiences would be super helpful!
