I am really struggling with this persistent cough that just won’t go away! It’s been like weeks now and honestly, it’s driving me nuts. I’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to help, and it gets worse at night, which is super annoying. My throat feels scratchy, like there's a little sandpaper in there, and I keep wondering which food is good during cough. I read somewhere that honey might help, but other people say soups are great too. Should I be eating spicy stuff or avoiding it? I’ve also tried warm water with lemon and ginger, but idk if that’s even working. I recently went to my doctor, and they just said it's viral and that I should manage the symptoms, but which food is good during cough? I wanna make sure I'm eating right to get over this faster! I’m not really into the idea of just waiting it out forever, and I feel like my diet could help. Would things like oatmeal or bananas be okay? I’m looking for what’s actually beneficial, like which food is good during cough but also easy on the stomach. Help!
