I am feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out how to take shilajit capsule. A friend recommended it for boosting energy and overall health, but I don’t want to mess this up. I bought a bottle a few days ago, and I started taking one in the morning, but now I’m wondering if I should take it with food or on an empty stomach.
