I am really confused about something and hope you all could help. For the last few months, I've been taking ashwagandha because I heard it was great for stress and anxiety. I thought it would help me chill out, especially with everything that's been going on in my life — just work stress and some family issues, you know? But here’s the thing, I've started noticing more hair in my brush than usual. I’m thinking, “wait, can ashwagandha cause hair loss?” I mean, I’ve never had such issues before, and it’s been freaking me out a bit. I read some forums where people said it can actually have different effects on individuals. One person mentioned how, when they stopped taking it, their hair started growing back. I started connecting the dots and thought maybe it’s the ashwagandha? But I also changed my diet and cut back on some other supplements at the same time.
