I am really worried about my Thyroid issues. It started like a year ago. I was feeling super fatigued all the time and my weight was just piling on, no matter what I did. After some tests, my doc said I had hypothyroidism. They put me on meds, and honestly, its been a rollercoaster ever since. The thing is, I've heard people talk about whether we can cure thyroid permanent or if I'm just stuck with this for life. Like, can we really cure thyroid permanent? The meds help, but I still don’t feel like my old self. I mean, I read some stuff online about natural remedies and lifestyle changes, and part of me thinks maybe that could help? But then, I keep questioning if those things could seriously make a difference. Also, what if I stop the meds believing I can cure thyroid permanent, and then things get worse? Do you guys think there’s a chance we can cure thyroid permanent, or is this something people just have to manage forever? My friends say it’s all about diet, but I don’t know... it feels so overwhelming. How can I even start thinking about all this? Any thoughts?
