I am really confused about this vatari churna how to use. I started taking it last week after reading a lot about it and seeing some videos. I've been dealing with these joint pains for a while, and I thought this would be a godsend. But now I'm just hesitant. Like, I've seen recommendations for dosage but also some say that's not enough. I tried 1 teaspoon in warm water but, honestly, I think I could barely taste anything. Then it was a bit gritty too. I'm just worried about whether that's how it's supposed to be or if I messed up the mixture somehow. My cousin says you should mix it with honey or something, but a part of me feels like, do I really need to go that far? And why hasn't the pain gone away yet? I've read some people say it really helped them like, within days, but here I am still struggling. How much should I be taking, and what’s the best way of mixing or using vatari churna? Should I stick with water, or is there another method I’m missing out on? I really would love some clarity on this because I want to make sure I’m doing it right without, you know, overdoing it!
