how to treat pcod at home - #24469

Aryan

I am really worried about my health. For a while, I've been dealing with irregular periods and some weight gain, and I finally went to see my doctor. He mentioned that I might have PCOD. It was kinda shocking 'cause I thought it was just stress or maybe my hectic lifestyle, but then I started reading about it. Now, I’m on a mission to figure out how to treat PCOD at home because I don’t want to just rely on medications. I mean, I get that they can help, but it would be awesome to find some natural ways to manage this too. I've been trying to eat healthier and exercise more, but honestly, it feels overwhelming. I'm also reading about how managing stress and getting enough sleep could help, but does that really make a difference? How to treat PCOD at home in a practical way? Are there specific foods or lifestyle changes that have worked for others? I heard about supplements too but don’t want to just throw things at it without knowing. Anyone got tips or experiences to share that could help me understand how to treat PCOD at home? I feel like I'm drowning in info, and I really just want a clear roadmap. Thanks!
