does pygeum increase testosterone - #26859
I am kinda worried about my testosterone levels. I’m a 38-year-old guy and I've noticed some changes like lower energy and reduced motivation lately. My doc mentioned my testosterone was on the lower end of normal, but not low enough to treat. A friend told me about pygeum, and that it might help boost testosterone levels. But like, does pygeum increase testosterone? I mean, I read some things online that say it can be beneficial for prostate health and might work for libido too, but does pygeum really increase testosterone, or are those just claims without any solid backing? I'm also curious if anyone has tried it and noticed a difference, especially with energy or mood. I'm a bit skeptical but at the same time, anything is worth a shot right? Anyway, my current routine involves some gym time and eating better, but still feel fatigued. It's frustrating! Just trying to figure out if using pygeum might actually help me or if I should look into something else entirely. What do you guys think? Does pygeum increase testosterone? How quick would I see changes if it does? Thx for any insight.
