deficiency of calcium symptoms - #28488
I am always feeling tired lately, like no matter how much I sleep, I just can’t shake this exhaustion. I started to do some research and came across deficiency of calcium symptoms, and it made me wonder if that could be what's going on. A few months ago, I noticed my nails breaking a lot more, and my bones seem to ache sometimes, especially in the mornings! I try to eat healthily, but I've been cutting back on dairy because I thought it was causing my stomach issues. Anyway, it struck me that maybe, just maybe, this could be linked to deficiency of calcium symptoms. Ugh, I feel like I'm stressing over every little thing. My doctor did some blood work, but all they said was something about vitamin D levels being low and to take a supplement. It’s like, would calcium supplements help too? Or do I need to change my diet more? And what about other deficiency of calcium symptoms? I’m super worried I might end up with serious issues if I let it go too long. Can anyone share stories or advice about this? Appreciate any insight!
