I am always feeling tired lately, like no matter how much I sleep, I just can’t shake this exhaustion. I started to do some research and came across deficiency of calcium symptoms, and it made me wonder if that could be what's going on. A few months ago, I noticed my nails breaking a lot more, and my bones seem to ache sometimes, especially in the mornings! I try to eat healthily, but I've been cutting back on dairy because I thought it was causing my stomach issues.
