how to identify pure shilajit - #24647
I am really confused about this whole thing with shilajit. Last month, I was feeling really fatigued and a friend recommended trying shilajit for energy and overall wellness. I did some research and it sounded great! But when I went shopping for it, I found ALL sorts of brands and forms—pure, liquid, resin, you name it. Like, I have no idea how to identify pure shilajit! I bought some that was labeled “premium” but I still feel like I could just be wasting my money. Is there a way to actually test how to identify pure shilajit before I commit to buying it again? Do I look for certain colors or textures? I read somewhere that if it dissolves in water, it might not be authentic, but what exactly does that mean? And can anyone share their own tips on how to identify pure shilajit? Cuz honestly, I can't tell if the stuff I have now is legit or just some weird supplement. Sometimes it’s dark and thick, and other times it’s like tar—really confusing! Help, please!
