I am really hoping someone can help with my hair situation. I started noticing thinning spots about a year ago, and it’s totally stressing me out! A friend mentioned using rosemary oil for hair growth, and I’ve seen some articles saying it’s pretty effective. I just wanna know how often to use rosemary oil for hair growth, like is it daily, weekly? I’ve tried other oils before, like coconut and argan, but nothing seemed to really work. Just last week, I gave rosemary a shot and mixed it with some carrier oil. The smell’s kinda nice too, but I feel like I might be overdoing it? I read that too much can be bad, right? I mean, how often to use rosemary oil for hair growth without messing up my scalp or whatever?
