I am dealing with some serious hair fall and honestly, it’s freaking me out. Like, I used to have thick hair, you know? But now, it seems like every time I wash my hair or even just run my fingers through it, I get so much shedding. I’m talking a small clump in my hands! My mom’s always telling me about her hair fall experiences, and I guess it kinda runs in the family. Saw a doc who said stress could be playing a part; maybe that's true since I’ve been kinda stressed with work and life stuff lately—but it’s just really bothering me. I read online about different treatments but it’s overwhelming! I mean, what is the best solution for hair fall out there? I don’t wanna be the woman who goes bald early! Some people said vitamins might help or certain shampoos, but I wonder if those things really work. Also, I came across oils and other natural remedies but thought “do those even count?” I wanna know what everyone thinks about what's the best solution for hair fall that really makes a difference? Any real experiences? Any specific products or lifestyle changes that worked wonders for you? Just need some hope or advice, anything really!
