I am really worried about my hair lately. It’s thinning way more than I’d like, and I’m desperate to find ways on how to strengthen hair naturally. I’ve tried some store-bought products, but they’ve kinda been a letdown honestly. A couple of months ago, I noticed more hair in the shower drain, which freaked me out. I’m doing things like eating more protein and drinking water – but is that really enough? I read somewhere about using coconut oil and maybe doing some kind of scalp massage to how to strengthen hair naturally, but not sure if that’s actually legit or just another fad.
