is coconut water good for liver and kidney - #25089

Aditya

I am kinda worried about my health and doing a bit of research. I’ve heard people saying that is coconut water good for liver and kidney health, but I really don’t know what to think. Just last month, I started feeling really sluggish, and I’ve had this nagging pain in my lower back which I thought was just from sitting too much. I went to the doctor, and they did some blood tests and stuff. Anyway, my liver and kidney function seemed alright, but the doctor suggested some lifestyle changes. A friend mentioned that is coconut water good for liver and kidney, and they claimed it helps flush out toxins, but I can’t find solid info. Honestly, I like coconut water and enjoy the taste, but is it really as beneficial as they say? I mean, can it really help with liver health and hydration? I bought a 6-pack of coconut water, but I’m not sure if guzzling it daily is a smart thing to do. Could drinking coconut water be too sugary or something? Gosh, I just want to make sure I'm doing what's best for my organs! I read a couple articles that are a bit mixed; some say it’s good, others warn about the sugar content. So just wondering... is coconut water good for liver and kidney in everyday diet? Would love some insights!
