What is causing my recurring urinary urgency, pain, and vaginal discharge at 22 years old? - #30619
I am a 22-year-old female. For the past 3 months, I have been experiencing recurring episodes that last about 2 weeks at a time. During these episodes, I have a constant urge to urinate and sometimes cannot control my urine, leading to accidental leakage. I experience significant pain and burning during urination, and there is also pain and irritation around the vaginal opening even when I am not urinating. I have itching inside the vagina and white vaginal discharge. I do not have fever or blood in my urine. I am sexually active. I would like to know the cause and what tests or treatment I may need
