I am really curious about what are the benefits of beetroot juice. I started drinking it like two weeks ago after hearing my friend rave about it, but now I'm wondering if all the buzz is actually true. A couple of days after I started, I felt a bit more energetic during my workouts, which was awesome! But then, I've also been reading about how beetroot can help lower blood pressure, and it kinda freaked me out because I have a family history of hypertension. What are the benefits of beetroot juice that I should know about? Should I be worried about drinking it daily? I'm trying to be healthy but also not make things worse for myself. Also, I've noticed my pee is kinda pinkish after drinking it, and that’s been a bit shocking! Is that normal? Like, how much beetroot juice should I be drinking to actually see what are the benefits of beetroot juice without overdoing it? Any thoughts on that? I think I might be onto something good here, but I wanna do it right!
