I am really confused about this thing called masturbation and I’ve been feeling super tired lately. Like, I used to have so much energy for workouts and just life in general but now it feels like I'm dragging myself through the days. Some of my friends told me that masturbation can lead to energy loss, and suddenly I started to wonder if that's what's going on with me. I mean, I definitely indulge a bit, but I'm not sure if that can really be a cause of energy loss. I read somewhere that it supposedly saps your strength but then again, some people say it’s normal and could even be healthy. I keep going back and forth, you know?
