I am feeling kinda overwhelmed trying to figure out which fruit juice is best for health. Like, I’ve been reading a ton about different juices, and honestly, it’s confusing!!! Last week, I tried making fresh orange juice because I heard vitamin C is super important, right? But then someone told me that apple juice is actually better for your gut health. I can’t help but wonder, which fruit juice is best for health overall? I mean, my aunt swears by pomegranate juice for heart health, and then there's beet juice that I heard is great for circulation. I tried that once and honestly, it tastes kinda weird. Also, how many servings of juice do you think I should drink a day? I wanna make sure I’m getting the benefits without overdoing the sugars? My doc mentioned that moderation is key, but I thought fruit juices were healthy? I don't know, it's just really hard to keep track of everything. If anyone has real advice, not just what they read online, that would be really helpful. Which fruit juice is best for health? Help!
