I am really confused about something and hope someone can help! A few weeks ago, I started drinking mosambi juice every morning because I heard it's super healthy and helps with digestion. But lately, I've been feeling this weird acidity in my stomach, like that burning sensation, which I'm not used to at all. I thought mosambi juice was supposed to be good for you? Does mosambi juice cause acidity? I mean, I definitely enjoy the taste but now I'm not sure if I should keep drinking it. I tried cutting back, but the acidity still creeps back! I asked a friend who's really into health stuff and they said citrus fruits can sometimes mess with your stomach, but I'm not certain how true that is. Like, should I be worried? I don’t want to give up something that seems beneficial for me! Has anyone else experienced this or know if mosambi juice can cause acidity? What should I do? Should I mix it with something else to balance it out or just avoid it completely? I don’t want my mornings to become all about tummy troubles!
