I am looking for some advice on what to drink to reduce swelling in feet because this has been bothering me for a while now. I mean, a few weeks ago, I started noticing my feet getting super puffy, especially after work. I work long shifts on my feet, and by the end of the day, my sandals are almost tight, which is totally frustrating. I tried elevating them, and icing sometimes helps, but I'm thinking maybe changing what I drink could help too.
