I am really freaking out about my feet lately. They’ve been swelling up like balloons after I eat and I can't figure out what's going on. At first, I thought it was just a long day at work or maybe too much salt, but then I began noticing patterns! Like, certain foods seem to make them worse. Could these be foods that cause swelling in feet? I mean, I had some pizza the other night and my feet were like puff pastry by the morning!! I’ve also been eating a lot of processed snacks and sugary things, which I know aren’t great but they're so easy! But part of me is wondering if there are specific foods that cause swelling in feet more than others, and if it’s something serious?? I’ve been trying to drink more water but it doesn’t seem to be helping much either. Sometimes, I wake up feeling like I’m walking on marshmallows. I don’t really get any pain, just this annoying heavy feeling and I can tell my shoes are getting tighter which doesn’t help my mood either. Has anybody else dealt with this or have tips on foods that cause swelling in feet? Like, should I cut out dairy or gluten? Ugh, just give me some advice, I’m kinda losing it over here!
