I am really frustrated because these leg cramps have been killing me lately, like, seriously. It all started a couple of weeks ago when I woke up in the middle of the night with this awful cramping pain in my calf, and it felt like my muscle was just turning into a rock. I tried stretching it out and massaging, but it was so painful! I’ve been getting them during the day too, like when I’m just sitting on the couch or after a long walk. I read some stuff online about how to stop leg cramps immediately home remedies, but nothing has really worked out for me. Like, I heard of drinking more water or maybe increasing potassium, but I don’t know if that helps. What are some good actual remedies people have used? Also, how can I prevent them because I can't keep waking up like this! I’m afraid they’ll get worse, and I just want some relief. Are there special stretches or hot/cold treatments or something that are really effective when it comes to how to stop leg cramps immediately home remedies? If any of you have experienced this, can you share what worked for you? I'm kinda at my wit's end here!
