I am really struggling with this annoying ear ringing that just won’t seem to go away. Like, it started a few months ago and at first, I thought maybe it was just a temporary thing from, I don’t know, loud noises or something. But now, it’s constant! It drives me crazy, especially at night when I’m trying to sleep. I keep googling how to stop ear ringing, but the suggestions are all over the map — some say to avoid caffeine, others suggest sound therapy or even acupuncture. I even tried some over-the-counter supplements that were supposed to help, but nada. My doctor did a hearing test and it was normal, so that’s a relief, but still no clue how to stop ear ringing. Sometimes I wonder if it’s anxiety-related, because stress seems to make it worse. I’ve tried relaxation techniques but those don’t help much either. Anyone have any ideas, like what actually works? I really need something concrete here; I can’t focus on anything with this ringing in my ears! Should I be looking into specific treatments more or is there a lifestyle change that could really help? Just tired of feeling like this every day!
