I am feeling really confused and kinda desperate right now. A few weeks ago, I came across this thing about raisins water. Yeah, raisins water! I was searching for a natural remedy to help with my digestion since I've been feeling bloated and just... off, ya know? I tried soaking some raisins in water overnight and drinking the liquid in the morning. At first, I thought, cool, this might work because I read that raisins water can be good for gut health.
