I am trying to figure out the benefits of drinking ors daily because my little sister has been sick a lot lately. Doctors said she had a mild case of dehydration and suggested giving her oral rehydration solution (ORS) every day to help her feel better. At first, I didn't think much of it—like, how could drinking ORS benefits be anything special? But now I'm kinda curious, y'know? She's been sipping on it like it's soda or something. I've read a little about how the benefits of drinking ORS daily might help in rehydrating and restoring electrolytes, but I wonder if there’s more to it? She's been complaining of tiredness and I read somewhere that maybe it could be a sign she's not getting enough nutrients? Could the benefits of drinking ORS daily actually help with that?
