I am really stressing out about my skincare routine for open pores, and I don’t know what to do. For the past few months, I have noticed my pores are getting larger and the texture of my skin has just gone haywire. I used to have pretty good skin, but now my cheeks look super bumpy, and the open pores seem like they’re just there to stay!!! I went to a dermatologist who suggested a cleanser with salicylic acid and an exfoliant, but honestly, I don't even know if it's working. My friends are telling me to try all these serums too, but I feel overwhelmed. Like, how many products do you even need in a skincare routine for open pores? Is it too much to layer different things, or should I stick to just a few? I've tried some at home masks from YouTube that promised to help with the appearance of open pores, but they didn’t really do anything. I wash my face twice a day, but after I put on moisturizer it almost feels like the pores get more visible. Does anyone have a simple skincare routine for open pores that doesn’t involve too many steps? I really just want something that’s easy to follow without breaking the bank or setting my skin on fire. Any advice would help a ton!!!
