disadvantages of curd rice - #27866
I am really confused about this whole curd rice thing. Like, I’ve been told for ages it’s super healthy, especially for digestion. I eat it a lot, especially during summers because it feels light on my stomach, but lately, my friend mentioned some disadvantages of curd rice that I never even thought about. Adventure goes through my mind since a few weeks ago, I started getting this weird bloating and gas after meals, and I wonder if that’s somehow related? I mean, can curd rice really be bad for you? I read something online suggesting that the disadvantages of curd rice could include things like lactose intolerance issues or maybe it can cause acidity or something like that. Is that true? I really try to eat healthy and curd rice seems so nutritious with all the probiotics and what not. But the other day I felt super heavy after having a big bowl of it, which made me second-guess everything! Like, is it possible that the disadvantages of curd rice outweigh the benefits for some people? Should I consider switching things up and replacing it with other foods, or maybe just eat it in smaller amounts?
