water soaked raisins - #27932
I am feeling super confused and a bit worried about this whole thing with water soaked raisins. A few weeks ago, I read somewhere that soaking raisins in water could somehow help with digestion, or maybe it was for detoxing? Anyway, I thought I’d give it a try, because I’ve been having some stomach issues, like bloating and all that fun stuff. I soaked some raisins overnight and ate them the next day. But then, like, I started feeling kinda weird, like my stomach was making noises it doesn’t normally make, y’know? I thought the water soaked raisins were supposed to help with that? I don’t know if it’s just me or if it’s actually the raisins that are causing this. Is there a recommended way to eat water soaked raisins, or do I just eat them straight up? I also wonder if I overdid it, like how many is too much? I’m kind of throwing my hands up here, one second I think water soaked raisins are healing and the next I feel like I’m regretting my life choices. Could it be that these little guys are just not for me? Any expert thoughts?
