is curd rice good for acidity - #28622
I am really struggling with acidity lately, like, all day long. It’s frustrating! I’ve tried a few things, but nothing seems to work that well. Last week, my friend suggested that I try curd rice, saying it’s easy on the stomach. But, I’m not sure if curd rice is good for acidity or just another thing people say is healthy, you know? I mean, it sounds pretty simple, but I wonder how it works. I had it the other day, felt a bit better afterward, but then again, maybe that was just coincidence? I hear that curd itself can be soothing and might help with the burning sensation, but then I’ve read mixed opinions online. Is curd rice good for acidity compared to other foods? What if I add some spices – does that defeat the purpose? Do you all think I should eat it every day or just sometimes? I’ve just been looking for any solution to this because I don't want to keep relying on meds, but also, I can’t stand this discomfort anymore! Would love to hear if anyone else has tried curd rice for acidity and what their experience was like! Thanks!
