I am really struggling with acidity lately, like, all day long. It’s frustrating! I’ve tried a few things, but nothing seems to work that well. Last week, my friend suggested that I try curd rice, saying it’s easy on the stomach. But, I’m not sure if curd rice is good for acidity or just another thing people say is healthy, you know?
