I am struggling to understand the curd advantages lately. My grandma always used to tell me about how great curd is for digestion and skin, but I'm kinda lost in all the info out there. Last week, I tried adding more curd in my diet because my stomach has been feeling really off after meals, and I thought, hey, I might get those curd advantages she's talked about! But honestly, I’ve got this weird bloating feeling too, especially after having a big bowl. I read somewhere that curd advantages include probiotics that can help with gut health, but like, is that really true? Then, I made curd and cucumber raita for the first time, and it tasted amazing, but I’m scared maybe I overdid it and that’s why my tummy feels funny. Can curd actually contribute to any digestive issues, or does it usually help? I really wanna know if these curd advantages I keep hearing about are worth it or if there are some downsides I should be aware of. Do you think the curd I eat can be causing this, or is it just me?
