Please follow them for atleast a month Replacement of carbohydrates with protein diet Take nuts and fruits in between meals Be hydrated Avoid junk food Take zincovit multivitamin therapy onca a day for 1 month Consume butter and ghee for weight gain Replacement of sugar with jaggery Avoid refined food Do physical exercise atleast half an hour daily Avoid excessive thinking Add milk products for calcium level Hopefully improvement will occur In case of no improvement consult a dietician in person for better clarity Regards

A 2-year-old child weighing 35 kg is highly unusual and potentially indicates a serious medical concern. It’s critical to assess if this is a typographical error or misunderstanding. If accurate, it’s essential to seek immediate medical evaluation from a healthcare provider to rule out any rare conditions that might cause abnormal growth or metabolic changes. Assuming there’s a mistake, or for other children at this age, typical healthy weight ranges usually fall significantly below 35 kg - often between 10-14 kg for a toddler. For any child not gaining weight as expected, especially with limited meal access, consider several steps to ensure nutritional adequacy. Ensure meals, though limited in frequency, are nutrient-dense and rich in calories. Including high-calorie, nutritious foods like avocado, nut butters, full-fat dairy products (if not lactose intolerant), or protein-rich beans and meats can be helpful. It might be valuable to incorporate fortified foods, or consult with healthcare providers about appropriate supplements if a natural dietary adjustment isn’t feasible. A growth chart and regular pediatric check-ups can help monitor progress, confirming if the weight trajectory aligns with standard developmental milestones for age. In the case of restricted meal availability, it’s important to explore social or community support programs that provide additional food resources for children in need. For any concerns over a child’s nutrition or growth, direct communication with a pediatrician will provide guidance tailored to specific medical, familial, or situational needs, ensuring all interventions are safe and suited to the child’s holistic health context.
