Hello dear See lipoma is benign tumor arising from adipocytes It doesn’t spread to other tissues Best treatment is surgical excision Reason is It reduces reoccurrence Prevent further chances of change into Liposarcoma Cyst Loss of muscles elasticity Pain So procedure for surgical excision Donot worry it requires local anaesthesia only Regards

When it comes to treating a cheek lipoma, surgery is generally the most direct and effective option. Lipomas are benign fatty tumors, and while they aren’t typically dangerous, they’re largely unresponsive to medication. Kanchnar and similar herbal remedies aren’t proven to reduce or eliminate a lipoma. Surgical removal is considered the definitive treatment, especially if the lipoma causes discomfort or dissatisfaction with its appearance. The procedure usually involves making a small incision to remove the tissue. Whether or not it can be removed from the inside of the cheek depends on its exact location, depth, and the surgeon’s skill and preference. An evaluation by a surgeon would clarify whether an intraoral approach is feasible for you. As for cost, that can vary widely depending on geographic location, the healthcare system, and whether or not you have insurance. It’s always a good idea to contact a couple of providers to get estimates, but for many, it could range from hundreds to thousands of dollars. If you’re considering surgery, getting a consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon can help clarify the best approach and potential costs specifically for your situation. Keep in mind, though, prioritizing the procedure’s success and your safety over cost is vital. If in doubt, seek a second opinion to feel confident in your treatment plan.
