My height is 5'2", my weight is 42 kg, and I am 23 years old. I have been suffering from gas, bloating, poor digestion, and irregular bowel movements for the past 9 years. I have tried many medicines and treatments from different places, but I still haven’t found a permanent cure. My weight has not gone above 45 kg for the last 8 years, because of which I often feel lazy, experience mild leg pain, and do not get deep sleep. What should I do
